Generating an EEA report from the Create EEA Report tab

To generate a report for a report period for an EEA Company, use this procedure.

  1. Sign in as Administrator.
  2. Select Reports > Regulatory Reporting > Canada > EEA Canada > Reports.
  3. Click EEA Report.
  4. Select a company.
  5. Click Create EEA File.
  6. Specify this information:
    Report Year
    Specify a report year.
    Employee Details File Creation Setup
    Select the EEA Employee Detail file.
    Promoted Employees File Creation Setup
    Select the EEA Employee Promoted file.
    Terminated Employees File Creation Setup
    Select the EEA Employee Termed file.
  7. Click Submit.
