Interfacing NPS employer contributions to HRM

Prerequisites to running the process flow:
  • Cross reference mapping (Company, Employee, Position, ProcessLevelDepartment, Location, Job, PayCode)
  • System Configuration (main)
  • Process and Service Definitions (TimeRecordExport)

After the time records have been created for NPS Employer Contribution and are confirmed ready to be included on the resource's upcoming payroll processing, the administrator use this procedure to start the process flow for TimeRecordExport.

  1. Select Process Server Administrator > Scheduling > By Service Definition.
  2. Right-click TimeRecordExport, and select Start.
  3. To check on the status of the process flow, select Process Server Administrator > Administration > Work Units > Work Units.
  4. Verify that the TimeRecordExport process flow has a status of Completed.
  5. Verify that the time record has been updated to the status of Closed and is displayed on the Closed tab.
    The interface process flow creates a CSV file for the selected time records that is used to interface to HRM payroll for further processing. Fields in the CSV are Company (HROrganization)*, BatchNbr, Employee*, JobCode (Job)*, PayCode*, Hours, TRDate, DistProcLevel/DistDepart (HROrganizationUnit)*, LocatCode (Location)*, Position, and Notional.

    *Interface mappings are used to populate this CSV data.
