Resource Information email automation

The information that is displayed on the Resource Information tab depends on the following configurable features selected on the organization:

Configurable feature Actions that can be configured to trigger email notifications
Approval For Change Name

  • If this feature is not selected, the only action for which you can configure an email notification is Change Name.

  • If this feature is selected, you can configure email notifications for Request Change Name, Return Change Name, Resubmit Change Name, Cancel Change Name, Reject Change Name, and Approve Change Name.
Approval For Add Address

  • If this feature is not selected, the only action for which you can configure an email notification is Add Address.

  • If this feature is selected, you can configure email notifications for Request Add Address, Return Add Address, Resubmit Add Address, Cancel Add Address, Reject Add Address, and Approve Add Address.
Approval For Change Address

  • If this feature is not selected, the only action for which you can configure an email notification is Change Address.

  • If this feature is selected, you can configure email notifications for Request Change Address, Return Change Address, Resubmit Change Address, Cancel Change Address, Reject Change Address, and Approve Change Address.
