Using Filtered Selects Mismatch for marital statuses

  1. Sign in as Administrator.
  2. Select Utilities > Validation Tools > Filtered Selects Mismatch.
  3. Click the Marital Status tab.
  4. Click Create Marital Status Mismatch Report to rebuild the report for your organization.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Validate that there are no failed triggers.
    1. As an Async Administrator, click the Queue View tab and select the default queue for your organization. For example, DefaultQueue<tenant>_HCM.
    2. In the Triggers table, in the Name column, specify the name of the mismatched report to search for the report. For example, EmployeeCodeMismatchReport.Marital.
  7. As an Administrator, select Utilities > Validation Tools > Filtered Selects Mismatch.
  8. Click the Marital Status tab.
  9. Click Refresh.
  10. Click the link in the Marital Status column.
  11. Verify that the Restrict Selection By Country check box is selected. If not, then select the Restrict Selection By Country check box, specify an effective date, and click Save.
    The Restrict Selection By Country check box can also be accessed by selecting Administrator > Set Up > Resource Components > Personal Information > Marital Statuses.
  12. To add a valid relationship, in the Valid Country table, click Create.
  13. In the Country field, specify a country.
  14. Click Save.
