Scheduling an email notification

  1. Select Employee Relations > Correspondence > Send Reminders.
  2. Specify this information:
    Group
    Select a group. If no group is selected, the notifications are sent to all groups.
    Email Template
    Select an email template.
    Number Of Days

    For coaching follow up and corrective action follow up, specify the number of days from the due date to send the email notification.

    For corrective action acknowledgment follow up, specify the number of days from the date that the corrective action is not acknowledged to send the email notification.

    For corrective action end date approaching, specify the number of days from the end date to send the email notification.

    Yellow Alert
    Select this check box to send notifications for grievances with a yellow alert.
    Red Alert
    Select this check box to send notifications for grievances with a red alert.
  3. For a coaching or corrective action notification, select the correct template and specify the number of days from the due date to send the email..

    For a grievance step notification, select the correct email template and a yellow or red alert level to send the notifications.

  4. Click Submit to send the notifications immediately or click Schedule to schedule the notifications for later.
    For corrective action acknowledgment notifications, a link is included in the email for the corrective action to be acknowledged.
  5. When the scheduled notification is sent, you can verify that a record of the notification exists on Employee Relations Correspondence tab.
