Completing goals

You can complete your own goals. Your manager or an administrator can also complete your goals.

  1. Select Manage Goals,

    or select My Development > Development Plan,

    or select Select My Profile > Goals.

  2. On the Active tab, right-click the goal and select Complete.
  3. On Complete Goal, specify the percentage of completion, the date of completion, and the rating level, if any. Optionally, add comments.
  4. Click OK.

    The goal is moved to the Historical tab.

    Note: Neither you nor your manager can change a completed goal with one exception: If you open a completed goal from your self-appraisal, you can update or add the rating level. That new rating is applied to your historical goal.
