Attaching an activity to an incident

An employee's activity can be attached to an incident only if the employee has a case on the incident.
  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Development > Development Plan > Activities.
  3. On the Active Activities tab, open the activity.
  4. Click More Actions (ellipsis) > Attach To Incident.
  5. Complete the Incident field by selecting the safety incident or near-miss incident that relates to this activity.
    You can attach an activity to a closed incident.
  6. Click Submit.
