Enrolling in development plans

Employees can enroll in development plans from their profiles or from suggested activities within their profiles.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Learning and Development > Development Profile or My Learning and Development > Development Profile > Suggested Activities.
  3. Select the Development Plans tab.
  4. On Available Development Plans, select the development plan in which to enroll and click Enroll In Development Plan.
  5. Specify this information:
    Start Date
    Specify the start date.
    Due Date
    Specify the due date.
    Priority
    Specify the priority.
    Comments
    Provide any comments for enrollment.
  6. Click Submit.
