Adding wills and trusts as beneficiary

The Enrollment menu is available if it has been configured by an administrator.

  1. Select Benefits > Enrollment.
  2. Click the Dependents And Beneficiaries tab. Your current dependents and beneficiaries are displayed.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select the Add a Will or Trust as Beneficiary check box.
  5. Specify this information:
    Entity
    Specify the name of the will or trust.
    Primary Phone
    Specify the primary phone number for the will or trust.
    Alternate Phone
    Specify an alternate phone number for the will or trust.
    Address
    Specify the address for the will or trust. You can use your home or mailing address, or you can specify a country code and then specify a new address.
    Comment
    Specify any additional information about the will or trust.
  6. Click OK.
