Requesting other raters

If you have been granted access to select your own other raters, the process starts with you. When the performance appraisal is made available, you will receive a notification and an action request. If email notifications are enabled, the other raters will receive email notifications.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Click the Inbox toolbar icon.
  3. Open the Request for Peer Appraisal action request.
  4. Select the resources to request as other raters. For each resource, select the check box that best describes your relationship to the other rater.
  5. Click Submit.

    The request is sent to your manager’s inbox, where the manager can approve it or modify the list. The appraisal form is then sent to the resources who have been asked to be other raters.
