Managing leaves of absence through work assignments

This feature is available only if your organization does not use Absence Management.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Profile > Work Assignments tab.
  3. On Leaves Of Absence, view the leaves that are associated with all your work assignments.
  4. Optionally, double-click a row to view or update the selected leave.
  5. Optionally, click Request Leave to make a new request.
  6. Complete these fields:
    Reason
    Select from among the pre-configured reasons.
    Type
    Select from among the pre-configured types of leave. For example, Jury Duty, Parental Leave, Compassionate Leave.
    Beginning Of Leave
    Select the first date when you expect to miss work.
    Estimated Return
    Select the date when you expect to resume work.
    Additional Information
    Provide background to support your request.
    Leave Request Document
    Upload a document to support your request.
  7. Click Submit.
