In preparation for your one-on-one meeting, your manager might have created entries in these areas:
    • Accomplishments, which lists your top contributions and accomplishments since the last check-in meeting. For example, deploying a new system or landing a new customer.
    • Open Challenges, which lists challenges that might be impacting your performance. For example, not enough communication on a cross-departmental project or difficulty scoping a project.
    • Open Tasks, which lists projects and assignments that are in progress. For example, an upcoming customer presentation with a goal to expand relationships.
  4. View your Check-in Score, if this field has been enabled by your organization. Contents of this field depend on the scoring system that your organization adopted.
  5. Optionally, click Acknowledge to signify that you read the check-in.
