Building learning analysis records

Run the Building Learning Analysis Records action at least once after you define the learning analysis rules. Run it again to update your records if your Use For Learning Analysis rating levels have changed, or if positions or development activities have been created or deleted. There is no limit to how often you can run this action.

Note: You do not need to run this action again if you only change the analysis period dates or the capacity thresholds.
  1. Select Development Planning > Utilities > Build Learning Analysis Records.
  2. On the Build Learning Analysis Records form, select the organization for which to run the action and click OK to run the action immediately or Schedule to schedule the action for a later time or date.
  3. To view the progress of the action, select Start > My Actions > My Scheduled Actions.
  4. To view the generated reports, select Development Planning > Reports.
