Generating Activity Failure Analysis reports

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Select this report to view the development activities that have sessions with "Failed To Complete" participation records over the analysis period.

Highlight a development activity to view a bar graph representing the number of participants who completed and failed to complete the session.

Click an activity to access the Define Sessions tab on Manage Learning > Session Registrations And Completion. Click a bar to view the details of the development activity.

The list of Fail To Complete participants for the development activity appears in the lower panel with the session that they failed to complete and the reason code for the failure to complete. Click on a participant to view the session registration summary form.

To view data, you must perform the setup tasks described in Defining learning analysis rules and Building learning analysis records.

  1. Select Development Planning > Reports > Activity Failure Analysis.

    A red alarm displays for activities where the number of resources who failed to complete the activity exceeded the number of resources who completed the activity.

  2. Select an activity to view the failure analysis for the activity.

    • The Failure Analysis panel displays in a bar chart the total number of resources who completed the activity and the total number of resources who failed to complete the activity.

    • The Failed To Complete Participations panel lists the resources who filed to complete the activity, including the session they failed to complete and the reason for the failure to complete.
