Completing sessions for all confirmed participants

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management. Session completion must be performed in Infor Learning Management.

You can use this procedure to process in batch all the participants that completed a session to your satisfaction.

Verify (and update if needed) the attendance for each participant and flag as Failed To Complete any participant that did not complete the session to your satisfaction.

  1. Select Development Planning > Registration And Completion > Attendance And Completion.
  2. Access the Complete Sessions tab.
  3. On the Complete Sessions tab, right-click the session to complete, and select Complete Session.

    The Complete The Session page shows the results of the Complete action that will occur after you click Submit.

    Note: If you flagged any of the participants as Failed To Complete, only the confirmed registration records are changed to Complete. Attendance records are validated for all participants whether they completed the session or not. The attendance times that you specified do not change. Any wait listed registrations are cancelled and any requested registrations are rejected, leaving these resources the option to register for another session.
  4. Select the date of completion.
    Note: If the session has an end date, the end date from the class records is automatically filled. You can change the end date. If the session does not have an end date (for example, if it is a self-study session that can start and stop at any time), you must specify the completion date.
  5. Click Submit.

    The session displays a status of Complete and all participants that were previously in Confirmed status now have a status of Complete.
