Defining ssession to attach to providers and contracts

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

If the session that you want to attach to a provider and contract does not exist, you can define a session for the provider and contract.

Note: Typically, sessions are defined under Manage Learning > Sessions And Registrations.
  1. Select Development Planning > Set Up > Providers And Contracts.
  2. Open the provider for which to define a contract.
  3. Click the Sessions tab.
  4. Click Actions > Create A Proposed Session

    or

    Actions > Create An Open Session.

  5. On the Create Session form, specify field values as described in Defining proposed or open sessions for development activities.
  6. Click OK.
  7. To update or define classes for the session, click the Classes tab, and follow the steps in Defining or updating classes for sessions.
  8. To assign instructors to the session, click the Instructors tab, and follow the steps in Assigning instructors to sessions.
  9. To copy an existing session, highlight the session, and click Actions > Copy Session As Open > or Copy Session As Proposed. Proceed as described in Copying sessions.
