Defining consolidated budget views

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Use this procedure to define groupings of budgets for which to view consolidated numbers.

Note: To view consolidated budget numbers, access Prepare Plan > Consolidated Budget View.
  1. Select Development Planning > Set Up > Budget Components > Consolidated Budget Views.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Development Period

    Required. Select the development period.

    Consolidated Budget View

    Required. Specify the name of the consolidated budget view.

    Description

    Specify the description of the consolidated budget view. If you left blank, the consolidated budget view name defaults.

    Currency

    Required. Specify the currency of the consolidated budget view. The budgets that you consolidate in this consolidated budget view must have the same currency.

  4. Click Save.

    The Budgets region displays.

  5. In the Budgets region, click the Helper List icon.
  6. Select the budgets to consolidate, and click Attach Budget To View.
