Learning budgets

Learning budgets define how much money is available for development activities associated with a development period and budget category.

Learning budgets are defined within a development period and are associated with a budget category, a budget currency, a calculation method for each of the salary types that exist in the organization, a budget percentage used to calculate the budget amount, and unless the budget is defined for development activities open to all employees, an eligibility group.

You can have multiple budgets in a development period, and each budget can be finalized individually.
