Attaching documents to development activities

You can attach one or more documents to a development activity to provide more detail than can be contained on the form.

You can attach documents to activities imported from Infor Learning Management and to activities defined in Development Planning.

Only administrators or learning managers can attach documents to development activities. Managers, mentors, and employees can view development activity attachments. Attachments to a development activity are accessible by opening the development activity in the Catalog, or after an employee is assigned to the development activity, by opening the development activity in the employee's development plan.

  1. Select Development Planning > Activities And Catalog > Define Activities And Sessions.
  2. Open the activityto which to attach a document.
  3. On the Attachments tab, click Create.
  4. Specify a description of the document, browse to the file on your machine, and click Save.
