Calculating or entering actual costs from a session or a finalized budget

This is the only area where you can add actual costs (if applicable) for resources who were approved for an activity but withdrew or were canceled before registering for any session.

To be visible on a session attendance list, a resource must have been registered for a session, even if the registration was later canceled.
