- Development Planning is fully integrated with Infor HR Talent applications. Development Planning uses the organization, manager structure, resources, and Competency Management components defined in Infor HR Talent Setup.
- Development Planning uses Infor Process Automation to route the Suggest Activity For Catalog action request for approval.
- Resource activities defined in Development Planning can be associated with goals defined for the resource in Goal Management.
- Resource activities defined in Development Planning can be included in a resource's performance appraisal form (defined in Performance Management).
- Development Planning can interface with Infor Lawson and non-Infor Lawson payroll and other accounting systems.
- You can configure your organization to interface with Infor Learning Management. If you do, Infor Learning Management handles all of the course and session creation and maintenance and session registration and attendance, and Development Planning handles the employee development activities.
