Projected costs

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Projected costs are the system's best guess of what costs will be if all of the development activity requests for a budget were finished with their current costs.

Projected costs are the sum of these costs:

  • The total actual costs for activity requests in historical status (completed, withdrawn, cancelled, rejected, or incomplete). See Actual costs.

  • The total actual costs of approved activity requests for which actual costs have been entered.

  • The total estimated costs for requested activity requests and approved activity requests for which no actual costs have been entered.
