Defining notification recipient categories

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Recipient categories are used to sort notification correspondence. For example, Manager, Learning Manager, Participant.

  1. Select Development Planning > Set Up > Notifications > Recipient Categories.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Specify the effective date.

    Recipient Category

    Specify the recipient category name.

    Description

    Specify the recipient category description. If left blank, the recipient category name defaults.

    Active

    The recipient category is active by default. To inactivate the recipient category, clear the check box.

  4. Click Save.
