Updating attendance records

  1. If more registrations are added after attendance records have been created, the Registrations Without Attendance Records tab displays. Select the tab to view the new registrations. On the list, select Create Attendance Records to create records for the new registrations.
  2. If new session classes are added after attendance records have been created, select Create Attendance Records to create new records for the added class dates and update all records with the current registrations.
    Note: If a class has been substituted for another, the new class attendance records will be added, but the old class attendance records will not be deleted. You must delete these manually.
