Generating Session Capacity Analysis reports

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Select this report to view the percentage of full capacity for open and completed sessions within the analysis period. If you defined capacity thresholds on the Capacity Analysis tab of Set Up > Learning Configuration > Learning Analysis Rules, a yellow alert displays for sessions that exceed the threshold and a red alert displays for sessions that are below the threshold.

To view data, you must perform the setup tasks described in Defining learning analysis rules and Building learning analysis records.

Select Development Planning > Reports > Session Capacity Analysis.

This view displays only active development activities with at least one session.

For each activity, the list displays the total number of sessions, the number of sessions below capacity and the number of sessions above capacity.
Select an activity to view the capacity analysis for the activity.

The Capacity of Open Sessions panel displays a line chart (with option of a bar chart) that graphs the percent full for each open session included within the analysis period.

The Capacity of Completed Sessions panel displays a line chart (with option of a bar chart) that graphs the percent full for each completed session included within the analysis period.
