Updating resource information

Use this procedure to create and update information for resources.

  1. Select Administrator > Compensation > Resource Analysis > Resources.
  2. Right-click the resource.
  3. Select the type of information to update:
    • Assign Badge
    • Assign Checklist
    • Assign Mentor
    • Assign Screening Packages
    • Change Name
    • Change Relationship to Organization
    • Create Document
    • Create Form I-9 Approver
    • HRSD On Board
    • Resignation
  4. To update items from a work assignment:
    1. Select Administrator > Compensation > Resource Analysis > Resources > Work Assignment Search.
    2. Right-click the resource.
    3. Select the type of information to update:
      • Assign Health Components
      • Change Pay Rate
      • Promote
      • Transfer
