Finalizing Pending or Manager Review enrollments

Note:

Resources cannot see their target incentive compensation programs until they are in Finalized, Approved status. Managers can see the incentive compensation programs for their direct reports if the programs are in Manager Review or Finalized status.

On the Resources Enrolled panel, select one or more resources in Pending or Manager Review status, and select Finalize Enrollment.

If the compensation program requires approval before the enrollment is finalized, then the approval process is initiated and the enrollment status is Finalized, Pending Approval. If no approval is required, then the enrollments are finalized immediately and display as Finalized, Approved.
To revert a finalized enrollment to Pending, select the enrolled resource and select Revert To Pending.

Note:
If the compensation program requires an approval process, then the Finalize Enrollment action initiates the approval process. The Revert To Pending action cancels the approval process.
