Compensation awarding

Most business processes require managers to make compensation awards from their budgeted allocations. This action is performed on their Manager Spaces. There may be times when compensation analysts must make awards for managers.

The process is similar. When managers make awards, they see only the resources that report up through them. When compensation analysts make awards, they can see all managers and their resources.

An awarding view assembles one or more planning rules for a manager or compensation analyst from which to award.
