Step and grade schedules
This section describes how to set up and implement step and grade schedules.
A step and grade schedule defines a matrix of grades and steps. Each step contains a pay rate. Some resources are paid with a step and grade schedule. The resource's pay rate is determined by assigning a grade and step schedule and a specific grade and step on their work assignments.
