Assigning security access to Purge Actions administrator

To assign security permissions to Purge Action administrators, you must be the Purge Grantor administrator. Purge Grantor administrators cannot purge anything but they can assign security permissions to the Purge Actions administrators. Purge Action administrators can use the purge and anonymize functions.

Note: We recommend that Purge Grantor administrator and Purge Actions administrator roles are assigned to different actors. This ensures a check and balance in the purge function.
