Recruiter and recruiter administrator widgets

View URL links to frequently visited web sites that have been shared. For example, web sites such as LinkedIn or CareerBuilder, or functionality in the Talent Acquisition application such as the Candidate Pool or Requisitions page.

Data in this widget reflects data in the panel of the Today page in the Recruiter space.

Recruiters can view a summary of their requisitions.

The widget shows analytics for requisitions such as the number that have a status of open and the number that are on hold. Users can drill down to see a list of all the requisitions in each status and navigate to the requisition details. Available statuses depend on the role of the user.

Administrators can view a summary of their requisitions.

Provides a summary view into workflow steps to see how many candidates are in each workflow step based on the workflow or the requisition.

Recruiters can view more detailed information about the candidates and act on each.

This widget is not available as a Today page panel.

Identify candidates that have specific actionable items that are attached to them. Some of the actionable items are Do Not Hire, Aging Candidate, Candidate Hired, and Expressed Interest.

Recruiters can access an expanded view of candidate alerts. Only candidates to which the user has access are shown.

When more than one alert qualifies for a candidate’s job application, the highest priority alert icon is shown. Alerts expire after seven days or after a specific time defined by the administrator.

To enable featured jobs in the widget, ensure that the Featured job check box is enabled on the job requisition. The requisition must also have a job posting with a status of posted, exported, or submitted.

If configurable hiring workflow is enabled, then the New Candidates widget is displayed.

The New Candidates widget provides recruiters and recruiter administrators with a view of all new candidates who have applied to any of the requisitions on which the recruiter or recruiter administrator is listed.

Recruiters and recruiter administrators use this information to determine if candidates should be moved forward in the hiring process and to identify new candidates for priority requisitions.

Candidate resumes and applications can be viewed from the widget.

If configurable hiring workflow is not enabled, then the Newly Registered Candidates widget is displayed.

The Newly Registered Candidates widget shows all new candidates who have registered in the past 24 hours. The list is not specific to the recruiter that is logged in or selected.
