Configuring a notification of candidate email change

Candidates use an email address to sign in to the candidate space. If a recruiter or third party changes the email address, then the candidate cannot sign in. Administrators can configure a notification that is sent to the candidate in this circumstance. The notification is configured as a template. Include the Candidate variable in the To field of the template.

If a template is configured for the organization, then an email is sent to the candidate's primary email. If the candidate's primary email was changed, then the email is sent to the primary email address of record before the change. If no template is configured for the organization, then the candidate is not notified when a change is made to the email address.

  1. As an administrator, select Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Organization Configuration.
  2. Double-click an organization.
  3. Click Candidate Configuration.
  4. In Template For Notification Of Sign in Change, specify a template.
