Assigning the security role for Employee Preview

Using the Landmark Administration Console, administrators can assign the Employee Preview security role to employees who have been selected to evaluate newly released features and screens.

  1. Sign in as Administrator to Administration Console > Security > Security Reports > Role Security Classes by Actor or select Data > Actor.
  2. In the Actor List, search for the actor who you would like to grant access to and open their actor record.
  3. In the Actor view, select the Roles tab.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Select Assign Existing Role To Actor.
  6. On the Create Actor Role page, select EmployeePreview_ST in the Role field.
  7. Click Save.
    The Employee Preview menu is displayed for users with the added role.
