Adding translated text for email templates

  1. Navigate to the email template for which you want to add translated text. For example, select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Template Setup > Email Templates.
  2. Open the template.
  3. In the Preferred Email Language field, select the role whose language you want to use. For example, if you select Manager, then the manager's locale is used to determine the language in which to send the email. This field is not required. If you do not select a preferred email language, the Infor HR Talent base data is used.
  4. In the remainder of the email template, click the globe icons to select a translation for a field.
    Note: 

    The globe icon is located in the middle of each field, so if a field is large, scroll down to see the icon.

  5. Specify the translated text for the field.
  6. Click Save.
