Notifying participants about expired certifications

Learning administrators can configure notifications that are used to alert participants of expired notifications.

  1. Select Notifications and Correspondence > Create Notifications > Expired Certifications.
  2. Click Submit to send the notification immediately. The system sends a notification for each expired certification.

    or

    Click Schedule and define a schedule for running the notification (how often, on what days, and at what time).

  3. Check the View Progress tab to monitor the progress of the action.
