Changing resource checklist due dates

Resources may not be able to complete their checklist components by the due date for any number of reasons. For example, they may have been sick or on leave or the person supposed to validate a component may not be available. Learning managers, managers and mentors can change the due date on a resource checklist.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Checklists > Monitoring.
    Note: You can also cancel a resource checklist due date on Learning and Development > Checklists > Assignment.
  2. On the Resource Checklists tab, select the checklist.
  3. Select Actions > Change Due Date.
  4. Specify this information:
    New Due Date

    Required. Specify the new due date.

    Reason

    Required. Select a reason. Action reasons for this action must be defined in Administrator > Set Up with a subject of HCMEmployeeChecklistDateChange.

    Comments

    Specify an explanation for the action.

  5. Click OK.
