Virtual meetings integrations

Three third-party virtual online meeting services can be configured for use with the application:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • WebEx
  • Zoom

These integrations can be used individually or concurrently. When a session class is created as a virtual or hybrid type, an online meeting is created. Invitations are sent to the class instructors work email and to the attendees who are enrolled in the session. The Learning Administrator can create ad hoc virtual meetings for an activity or a session. Administrators and instructors can schedule update online meetings in bulk.
