Using employee preview
Users with the employee preview role can view employee development plans, certifications, evaluations, and the catalog. Information on these pages is identical to the information that is available with the employee role. The summary page shows information that employees see in their summary pages. Employee preview is useful for viewing an employee's information without having to access the application as an employee.
