Enabling development plans for self-enrollment

You can enable self-enrollment for development plans so that the employees can enroll in development plans on their own.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Resources > Resource Development Plans > Available Development Plans.
  2. Select the employee for whom to enable self-enrollment.
  3. Click Enable Self-enrollment.
  4. Specify this information:
    Development Plan ID
    Select the development plan to enable for self-enrollment.
    Employment ID
    Verify the correct employee is selected or select a different employee for whom to enable the development plan self-enrollment.
    Comments
    Provide comments.
  5. Click Submit.
