Setting session status to failed to complete for a participant

Verify and update the attendance for each participant and flag as Failed to Complete any participant that did not complete the session to your satisfaction.

Attendance records are validated for all participants, even participants that did not complete the session. The attendance times that you specified do not change. Any wait listed registrations are canceled, and any requested registrations are rejected, leaving these resources the option to enroll in other sessions.

  1. Select Registration And Completion > Manage Completions.
  2. Right-click a session and select Complete Session.
  3. Click Incomplete Sessions.
  4. Find the session that has the participant. Click the number in the session.
  5. Click Failed To Complete.
  6. Specify this information:
    Reason
    Specify the reason that the participant failed to complete the session.
    Action Comments
    Add comments, such as additional details.
  7. Click OK.
