- Learning and Development is fully integrated with Infor HR Talent applications. Learning and Development uses the organization, manager structure, resources, and Competency Management components defined in Infor HR Talent Setup. See the Infor HR Talent User Guide.
- Learning and Development uses Infor Process Automation to route the Suggest Activity For Catalog action request for approval.
- Resource activities defined in Learning and Development can be associated with goals defined for the resource in Goal Management.
