Mass assigning enrollments to development plans

You can mass assign enrollment to development plans.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Resources > Mass Distribution > Development Plan Enrollment.
  2. Specify this information:
    Eligibility Group

    Required. Select the eligibility group.

    The eligibility group must be defined with a business class of WorkAssignment and a subject of HCMContinuousDevelopmentMassAssign.

    Development Plan ID

    Required. Select the development plan.

    Start Date

    Specify the start date for the enrollment.

    Due Date
    If a due date for the development plan completion is required, then specify parameters for due date calculation. For example, the due date can be based on the date of enrollment, like within a specified number of days after enrollment. After you specify parameters, specify the exact date or the number of days, months, or years.
    Required

    The enrollment is required by default. Clear this check box if the enrollment is not required.

    Priority

    Specify a priority number for the enrollment. This is informational only.

    Exclude Employee Status In Mass Enrollment
    You can exclude employees from re-enrollment into the development plan based on status. This saves employees from unnecessarily being re-enrolled into development plans. To exclude employees, select one or more of the statuses: Complete, Waived, Failed to Complete.
    Comments

    Specify comments in support of the assignment request.

  3. Click Submit to process this action immediately.

    Or

    Click Schedule to schedule this action for a later time or date.
