Defining content administrators

Content administrators must exist as resources in Infor HR Talent before they can be defined in Learning and Development.

Content administrators create and manage learning content and can perform these tasks:
  • Define and maintain activities, sessions, certification templates, and development plans
  • Define activity, development plan, and certification components
  • Define and maintain evaluation content, such as questions, question groups, and forms
  • Manage certain notifications and correspondence
  • Manage recipient notification categories, templates, and default notification rules
  1. Select Learning and Development > Set Up > Add Resources > Content Administrator.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Specify the effective date.

    Content Administrator

    Select the resource to define as a content administrator.

    Active

    Select to make the content administrator active. Inactive content administrators are not displayed in lists.

    Content Administrator Description
    Provide Content Administrator description.
  4. Click Save.
