Updating individual activity enrollment

Use this process to enroll the employee in a different activity since the initial mass-enrollment has failed and resulted in the employee record being skipped.

  1. Learning and Development > Resources > Mass Distribution > Skipped Resource Records.
  2. Select an employee to update activity enrollment.
  3. Click Update Individual Activity Enrollment.
  4. Specify this information:
    Due Date
    Select the completion due date.
    Session
    If sessions are used for this activity, select the session in which to register the employee.
    Register For First Available Session
    Select if you want to enroll the employee in the first available session.
    Allow Employee To Select Session
    Select this option if you want the employee to select a session.
    Required
    Select if this activity is required.
    Priority
    Specify priority.
    Comments
    Provide any comments.
  5. Click Submit.
