Managing active evaluations

You can delete, begin, and complete individual employee evaluations.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Evaluations.
  2. Open the evaluation to view details.
  3. Select Active Evaluations tab.
  4. To begin an individual employee evaluation:
    1. Select the employee.
    2. Click Begin Evaluation.
    3. Provide a response to any or all evaluation questions.
    4. Click Save.
    5. To complete the evaluation, if you answered all evaluation questions, click Complete Evaluation.
  5. To complete the evaluation if all evaluation questions have been answered, click Complete Evaluation.
  6. To assign the evaluation to an employee:
    1. Click Assign Evaluation.
    2. Specify this information:
      Employment ID
      Required. Select the employee to whom to assign the evaluation.
      Due Date
      Required. Specify by which date the evaluation must be completed.
      Expiration Date
      Optionally, specify when the evaluation will expire if not completed.
    3. Click Save.
  7. To delete an individual evaluation, right-click the employee record and click Delete.
