Assigning development plans and certifications

An activity can be a part of one or more development plans and the assigned certificates can be awarded upon the completion.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
  2. On the Activities panel, open the activity to update.
  3. Click the Development Plans and Certifications tab.
  4. To assign a new development plan:
    1. Click Add
    2. Specify this information
      Development Plan ID

      Select the development plan ID.

      Version

      Specify the plan version.

      Development Plan Visual Group
      Select the development plan visual group.
      Display Sequence
      Specify the display sequence position.
      Credits
      Specify the number of credits.
      Mandatory or Elective
      Select whether the activity is mandatory or elective.
    3. Click Save.
  5. To assign a new certification:
    1. Click Add
    2. Specify this information
      Certification ID

      Select the certification ID.

      Version

      Specify the certification version.

      Certification Visual Group
      Select the certification visual group.
      Display Sequence
      Specify the display sequence position.
      Credits
      Specify the number of credits.
      Mandatory or Elective
      Select whether the activity is mandatory or elective.
    3. Click Save.
