Mass unenrollment of employees from activities
Various roles can mass unenroll employees from one or more of activities, development plans, and certifications:
- Learning administrators: activities, development plans, certifications
- local learning administrators: activities, development plans, certifications
- Instructors: activities.
- Managers: activities.
- Mentors: activities
Activities
Employees are not unenrolled in the activity if any of these conditions exist:
- Has an active checklist related to the selected activity
- Has evaluations for the selected activity
- Has an enrollment to a corequisite activity
- Has started the activity wherein he is enrolled in a session for which the current date falls between the first and last class dates
- He is enrolled in a session for which he has attendance records
- He has not taken any post-tests or pre-tests
- He has not accessed any online content
Development Plans
Employees that have completed an activity that is related to the development plan are not unenrolled.
The enrollments of unenrolled employees are canceled in the development plan. But employees are not unenrolled in activities within the development plan.
Certifications
Employees that have completed an activity that is related to the certification are not unenrolled.
the enrollments of unenrolled employees are waived in the certification. But employees are not unenrolled in activities within the certification.
