Viewing and managing an employee's enrollment events

Administrators can view and manage an employee's enrollment events.

  1. Select Benefits > Enrollment Events > Open Enrollment > All Enrollments tab.

    or

    Select Benefits > Enrollment Events > Life Events > By Life Event tab.

  2. Select an enrollment event.
  3. Open an employee in the enrollment event.
  4. This table describes the information on each tab:
    Tab Description
    Details Shows whether the enrollment was manual, the enrollment period, status, benefit group, date submitted, date finalized, dependent eligibility survey results, electronic signature if used, and the documentation needs for life events.
    Instructions Shows the instructions that are displayed to the employee.
    Name Change Shows for Life Events where name change is applicable.
    Contact Information You can add or view contact information and emergency contacts.
    Dependents and Beneficiaries Shows the employee's dependents and beneficiaries.
    Flex Credits Available if flex plans are used.
    Warnings and Errors Shows any warnings, errors, or messages encountered during enrollment.
    Benefit Enrollment Shows a list of the benefits offered. Those selected by the employee are flagged with a Yes in the Enrolled column.
    Summary Shows the summary displayed to the employee after they submit.
    Confirmations Each time an employee submits their elections, a confirmation is created. Employees only see the most current confirmation document. Benefit Managers and Administrators can see all documents.
  5. Perform one or more of these actions as needed:
    • Click Change Enrollment Period to change the dates of the enrollment period. You must specify a reason when you change the enrollment period.

    • Click Enrollment View to view the enrollment in a format similar to the one displayed to the employee.

    • Click Worksheet to view and print the employee's enrollment worksheet.

    • Click Send Email to forward an email to the employee. You can select whether to include the worksheet.

    • Click Confirmation, when available, to view the confirmation of benefits statement in .pff format.

    • Click Finalize, when available, to finalize the benefit selections that were submitted by the employee.
