Mass sending emails

Use this procedure to send an email en masse to individuals with a specific enrollment status.

  1. Select Benefits > Enrollment Events > Open Enrollment.

    or Select Benefits > Enrollment Events > Life Events.

  2. Select an enrollment event.
  3. Click Mass Send Email.
  4. Specify this information.
    Enrollment Status

    Select the enrollment status for which to send mass emails. If you select the mass send email action from the Enrollment Progress tab using an enrollment status, you are not prompted for an enrollment status.

    When you run this action, emails are only sent to individuals with the selected enrollment status.

    Email Template

    Select the email template to use for the mass email.

    Benefits Information

    Optionally, browse to attach a benefits document that has been saved in Benefits Information. See Distributing benefits information for instructions on how to add documents to Benefits Information.

  5. Click Submit to process this action immediately.

    or

    Click Schedule to schedule the action to run later.
