Mass creating eligibility records

Use the Mass Create Eligibility process to create eligibility records for more than one employee.

  1. Select Benefits > Maintenance > Processes > Mass Create Eligibility > Create Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    As Of Date

    Specify the date that is used to determine whether the resource has eligibility records for selected plans or plan types. If left blank, the current date is used.

    Benefit Type/Benefit Plan

    Specify either types or plans, not both, for which eligibility records will be created.

    Benefit Group

    Select a group of employees to evaluate for eligibility. If a Benefit Group is selected and the employee meets the criteria, they are evaluated to determine their eligibility for the benefit. If left blank, then all employees are evaluated for eligibility.

  3. Click OK to run the action immediately.

    or Click Schedule to run this action later.

  4. If errors are encountered, fix them as indicated in the error message and delete the error records. Errors will not be reevaluated until the error is removed.
